2. Orders and Payments

2.1 All orders are subject to availability.
2.2 Prices listed on our website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 We aim to process and ship orders within 4 weeks.
3.2 Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

4. Right of Withdrawal / Returns and Refunds

4.1 In accordance with EU and Danish consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason.
4.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@fey.design.
4.3 You must return the item(s) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.
4.4 Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and any accessories.
4.5 Returns made within the 14-day withdrawal period are free of charge for the customer. Fey will cover the standard cost of return shipping.
4.6 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4.7 We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
5.2 Misuse of promotional offers or discount codes is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 We are not liable for delays or issues caused by external factors, including shipping providers, customs, or carrier errors.
